2.1 Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any ind126 service. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ind126 strictly enforces this age restriction and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. Any Balance or winnings held in such an account will be forfeited.
2.2 Residency. The ind126 Platform is operated for and directed at players in Indonesia. 2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the ind126 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: employees of ind126 or its affiliated companies; immediate family members of such employees; individuals who are self-excluded from the Platform; and individuals previously banned by ind126 for any reason.

3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account with ind126, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ind126 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ind126 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA is optional, activating it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access. ind126 accepts no liability for losses arising from an Account where 2FA was available but not activated.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ind126 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
Withdrawal requests above Rp 5.000.000 per transaction may be held pending satisfactory KYC completion. ind126 will endeavor to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving all required documentation.
3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts on the ind126 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ind126 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Deposits made via channels that involve currency conversion will be credited after conversion to IDR at the prevailing rate applied by the payment provider.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ind126 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels:

4.5 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit to your Account. ind126 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and unauthorized account access.
4.6 Deposit Bonus Wagering Lock. Where a deposit has been made in connection with a bonus offer, the deposited amount and any associated Bonus Funds may be subject to a wagering lock until the applicable Wagering Requirement is satisfied. Withdrawal requests submitted before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the cancellation of the bonus and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds, but the original deposited amount will remain available for withdrawal.
4.7 Transaction Fees. ind126 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. ind126 accepts no responsibility for third-party fees applied by payment providers.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ind126 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term will prevail.
5.2 One Bonus Per Person. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. ind126 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in breach of this restriction.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus offers carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus Funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of this period will be removed from your Account without notice.
5.4 Game Weighting. Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. The following contribution rates apply unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms:
5.5 Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds. While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or market is Rp 200.000. Bets placed in excess of this limit using Bonus Funds will be voided and the stake returned as Bonus Funds.
5.6 Withdrawal Caps on Bonus Winnings. Unless stated otherwise in promotion-specific terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of winnings generated from Bonus Funds is 10x the original bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from your Account at the point of withdrawal processing.
5.7 ind126 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. ind126 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honoring bonus terms that have already been accepted and partially fulfilled by a Member in good faith.
6.1 Binding Nature of Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the ind126 system and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member except where ind126 expressly permits in-play cash-out or bet editing features.
6.2 Sportsbook — Void Bets. A sportsbook bet may be declared void by ind126 where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion of the minimum scheduled play; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; or the result of the event is subsequently reversed by the governing sporting body. Void bets are settled at stake — the original bet amount is returned to the Member's Balance.
6.3 Sportsbook — Maximum Winnings. ind126 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Member. Current limits are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.
6.4 Live Casino — Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game's server-side result. Where a complete game round cannot be determined, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account. ind126 accepts no liability for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Member's side.

10.1 Platform Availability. ind126 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, which may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. ind126 will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ind126 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical error; loss of data; financial loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the Member failed to maintain adequate security; or losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds published due to a manifest error.
10.3 Manifest Error. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical, human, or pricing error, ind126 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's Account, regardless of whether the bet has been settled. A "manifest error" is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would have recognized it as an error at the time of placing the bet.
10.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. Where ind126 is found liable to a Member, the maximum aggregate liability of ind126 to that Member for all claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Data Collection. By registering an Account, you consent to ind126 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. This includes personal information provided at registration, transactional data, device and IP address data, and behavioral data relating to your use of the Platform.
11.2 Data Use. Your personal data is used for the following purposes: account management and identity verification; processing deposits and withdrawals; fraud prevention and security monitoring; compliance with legal and regulatory obligations; and where you have provided consent, direct marketing communications regarding ind126 promotions and new features.
11.3 Data Sharing. ind126 will not sell your personal data to third parties. 12.4 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with any documents expressly incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming policy, and any applicable bonus terms), constitutes the entire agreement between you and ind126 and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
13.1 Right to Amend. ind126 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be published at ind126.app/terms-conditions with the effective date of the latest revision noted at the top of the page.
13.2 Notice of Material Changes. Where ind126 makes a material change to these Terms that is likely to adversely affect Members' rights, ind126 will provide at least seven days' advance notice via the registered email address associated with each affected Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13.3 Member's Right to Close on Amendment. If you do not agree to a notified amendment, you may close your Account before the amendment takes effect by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance in your Account will be returned to your verified withdrawal method in accordance with Clause 8.2.
